A one-year-old boy, Jonathan Dadzi needs six thousand Ghana cedis to save his life.
The boy, according to doctor’s reports is suffering from Bladder Entropy, a condition which has exposed his bladder through the anterior abdominal wall and distorts the free flow of urine through his penis.
In an interview with Crimecheckghana, Felicia Dadzi, 25-year-old mother of Jonathan said, “Jonathan had the condition right from birth, “I was told by the doctors to raise two thousand cedis to correct the condition but I was able to raise one thousand five Ghana cedis when he turned 6months and the first surgery was done “she said
According to her, Jonathan is scheduled to have two other surgeries to correct the condition each costing three thousand Ghana cedis.
“The doctors say he needs to undergo two other surgeries urgently each costing three thousand Ghana Cedis to repair his penis and allow control of urine but I do not have that kind of money, I am just a farmer” she said amid tears.
Felicia said, the father of the child, Pious Dadzi is also not financially sound to foot the bill for the surgeries.
“I am losing my son as the days goes by, he is dying slowly, and I’m pleading with all benevolent individuals to help me save my dying son’ she said.
Crimecheckghana is pleading with benevolent individuals to help save little Jonathan.
