27year old Adams Haleem, a graduate nurse awaiting posting has unfortunately been diagnosed with Leukemia.
Adams who tells crimecheckghana that, the unfortunate incident begun with frequent urination so visited the hospital and was diagnosed with tuberculosis.
Adams said he went through series of lab tests, CT scans and others in the early stages of the sickness. After all trials by doctors failed in treating the tuberculosis, further tests revealed that the 27 year old nurse has Leukemia.
Mr. Haleem, who now has a problem with his hearing and speech, is therefore appealing to philanthropists and other well-meaning Ghanaians to come to his aid.
“I need the assistance of anybody who can help me save my life be it an organization or an individual. Please come to my aid because it has been a tough journey and it appears all hope is lost but I believe all things are possible with God and I also believe you can help so kindly give me your support”, Adams said amid sobs.
Uncle of the 27 year old gentleman, Osman Yahaya told crimecheckghana of the progress of the sickness. “It was very bad initially but upon several attempts by doctors, Adams is responding to treatment but our very big challenge is the money to pay for his chemotherapy treatment”.
Mr. Adams’ family are therefore appealing to all to kindly show their son love by supporting him financially to help pay his hospital bills and save his life.
Crime Check Foundation’s Health Check Series is a programme which aims at supporting individuals who need medical assistance but are financially handicapped. The project, with the support of donors has saved the lives of many sick but poor Ghanaians.
