Wiafe Kojo claims the man he sleeps with, ‘Nana One’ wants him dead to stop him from exposing his deeds.
He narrates that Nana One promised him a job when he was almost finishing his sentence but it turned out he had to be sleeping with him.
“I was sweeping outside the compound of a prison officer’s house as part of my normal duties when my supervisor brought me a piece of paper with a contact number and money. He said the person said he wants to give me a job when I leave prison so I should call him,” he recounted.
According to Wiafe, ‘Nana One is gay and manipulated him to have sex with him on three occasions against his will.
“When I met him for the first time, he took me to his house. Whiles we were on our way he made me take some strange drinks in his car so I became unconscious. In his house, whiles I was unconscious, he took advantage of me and he managed to make me sleep with him after massaging my manhood. He only gave me GHC 100 after that incident,” he told crimecheckghana.org.
The former pickpocket claimed he was not happy with what he was doing and claimed he warned ‘Nana One’ to stay off him but that did not deter the supposed wealthy man.
“Nana One continued to pursue me to sleep with for three times despite attempts to discourage him,” he said.
Wiafe said he could not help but run into hiding so that Nana One would not find him. This courted Nana One’s hate for Wiafe for fear of exposing his deeds.
Wiafe claims Nana One is after his life as he recounted an incident he was nearly gunned down during a phone snatching operation, which hit a snag.
“A colleague snatched somebody’s mobile phone while I was riding with him on a motorbike. I was steering the bike while he rode on the pillion. When he had successfully stolen the phone and we were moving, a white pickup vehicle pursued us and we heard sporadic shooting. A bullet hit me and I went into a coma,” he said.
Wiafe said he got his consciousness back after he was sent to the 37 Military Hospital where he confessed to the nurses there for fear of Nana One trailing him to end his life.
“Nana One called me on the phone and told me I was lucky I did not die, so I believe he is still after me,” he said.
Wiafe Kojo is asking the police to bring the supposed ‘Nana One’ to order.
Wiafe was jailed for three years for illegal possession of arms. He also admits to being a notorious pickpocket but claims he has turned a new leaf.
