𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 pouring hot water on colleague

An officer of the Ghana Police Service has been interdicted for harming her colleague during an argument.

Police Constable Alonsi Elizabeth is said to have severely injured her colleague after dousing her with hot water.

The Ghana Police Service in a post on its official Facebook handle indicated that the suspect is currently being held in custody pending disciplinary measures including court and administrative actions against her. 

“The Ghana Police Service has detained and interdicted Police Constable Alonsi Elizabeth for causing harm. The suspect poured hot water on a female colleague following an argument between them,” the post revealed.

‘She is currently in custody and will be taken through both internal disciplinary processes and the due processes at the court of law’.

According to the Police Service in the post, the victim who sustained injuries to parts of her face and her back is in a stable condition and continues to receive medical attention and support.

Some Ghanaians have commended the Police for not shielding their own as it win the trust of Ghanaians if they continue in this tangent.
