According to reports, Akua Daboa was butchered to death by her husband.
The suspect who is on the run, identified as Oboy Siki allegedly committed the gruesome act over suspicion that his wife, Akua Daboa was secretly dating a young guy named Kobby.
After butchering his wife to death, he also attacked Kobby with a cutlass and left multiple injuries on him.
At the moment, Kobby is receiving medical treatment at Twifo Atti Morkwa District Hospital in Twifo Praso.
