Many individuals and organizations continue to show love to prison inmates as Crime Check Foundation (CCF) leads the way through its Petty Offenders.
The latest philanthropy group to support CCF is the Delegates Foundation, a philanthropic group spread world wide.
It has donated Ghc 10,000 to support the Crime Check Foundation’s Petty Offenders project, which helps release prisoners who have committed minor crimes and have been imprisoned in default of court fines.
According to Nana Boahemaa who was in the company of Aunty Vida to represent the group, the Foundation was touched by CCF’s commitment to helping the underprivileged and putting smile on the faces of the oppressed.
“We were touched when we saw your program with Nana Ama Mcbrown on TV and decided to support your work. We are amazed by the wonderful things you do for humanity so our leaders thought it to support your organization,” she said while handing the cash amount to the Executive Director of CCF, Ibrahim Oppong Kwarteng.
Mr. Kwarteng assured the group that Crime Check Foundation, known for its transparency and trustworthiness, will use the money for the purpose it has been donated.
“We promise to use the money for the right purpose and also send you evidence in video form,” he indicated.
The group promised it would continue to support Crime Check Foundation.
